With over 25 years in healthcare and pharmaceutical research leadership, I understand the pressures, expectations, and identity that come with senior roles. Through my career transition services, I focus on clarity, intention, and sustainable forward movement rather than quick fixes or starting over, ensuring a meaningful journey in professional development coaching.
Why I Coach
I coach because I believe professionals should not have to sacrifice their health, values, or identity to continue contributing meaningfully. Many people don’t need more credentials or pressure; they need space to think clearly, challenge assumptions, and design careers that reflect who they are today. Through my healthcare career coaching and professional development coaching, my goal is to help clients transition smoothly from feeling stuck or overwhelmed to feeling grounded, empowered, and purposeful.

My Story
After more than two decades leading teams and operations across global companies such as AstraZeneca, Alexion Rare Diseases, Children's Medical Center - Dallas, UT Southwestern Medical Center, and various academic institutions, I consistently saw talented professionals struggling silently with burnout, career stagnation, and uncertainty, especially at mid and later stages of their careers.
I was often the person colleagues turned to when they were navigating leadership challenges, questioning their direction, or facing difficult career decisions. Over time, it became clear that this was the work I wanted to focus on intentionally.
Providing career transition services and healthcare career coaching to employees in healthcare, pharmaceutical research, clinical operations, life sciences, and other related fields allowed me to use my leadership experience in a more personal and meaningful way, supporting professionals as they Reset, Realign, and Restart with confidence through professional development coaching.
